niiiiice sloth. you did a great job. I love the stippling... its a personal favorite. The pear looks very shiney, i love it. I think you could develope the backgound a little more. maybe put more shadows or shading.

Sydney i think this is a beginning of a new style to your concentrations. You are really capturing a sense of space and depth. That one curve in the fabric seriously looks like it is about to pop off the page. I know everyone says this but maybe add some more dark colors just to separate it from the background. otherwise... love it.
This is one of your strongest pieces! You nailed the composition and the design elements of the pear by focusing on surface and design. The contrast is strong although I do agree with the comments above to add just a bit of dark along the edge to separate it from the background. Good job!
